Inlays & Onlays
At Holistic Dentists, we believe in preserving the natural beauty and strength of your teeth while restoring their function. When a cavity is too large for a traditional filling but doesn’t require a full crown, inlays and onlays provide a durable, conservative, and biocompatible solution.
Our approach to restorative care is centered on education, collaboration, and your long-term well-being. We take the time to explain your options, answer your questions, and create a treatment plan that aligns with your overall health.
Inlays and Onlays
Inlays and onlays are conservative restorations used when a tooth is too damaged for a filling but doesn’t need a full coverage crown. They restore strength and function while preserving as much of your natural tooth as possible.
We use high- quality, metal-free materials to match your tooth color and structure. Digital scanning allows for precise design and a comfortable fit without messy impressions.
Inlays and onlays are ideal for restoring cracked or decayed teeth in a minimally invasive way helping maintain long-term strength and integrity.
The Inlay & Onlay Process
This is a two-step visit.
Step 1:
We will clean and prepare your damaged tooth for a 3-D digital scan which will be sent to the lab. Dr. Verma will fabricate a temporary tooth to protect the area.
Step 2:
Your custom restoration will be permanently placed which will restore form and function and look just like your natural tooth.
